SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
During high-volume periods (new drops, restocks, or promotions), processing times may extend slightly - but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
You'll recieve a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We keep shipping simple and transparent with flat-rate pricing.
Australia (Domestic):
- Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $11.99
- Flat-Rate Express Shipping: $14.99
New Zealand (International):
- Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $29.99
We do not currently ship to any other destinations.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Australia:
- Standard: 3-7 business days
- Express: 1-3 business days
New Zealand:
- Standard: 5-10 business days
CLICK & COLLECT (HOLMVIEW, QLD)
Click & Collect is available for customers who prefer to pick up their order locally.
- You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
- Pick up is available from Holmview, QLD.
- Collection times: 9am - 2:30pm
- Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs, weather, or peak periods.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update during carrier delays.
PRE-ORDER & LIMITED DROPS
For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International customers are responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local authority. SIXTN is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
SIXTN is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
If an issue occurs, we'll support you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
